Cynthia Ravosa

Cynthia R. Ravosa is the Managing Attorney of the firm's Bankruptcy practice.In addition to earning her law degree from Massachusetts School of Law at Andover in 2016, she earned her B.A. fromWestern New England College, and she also holds an M.B.A. degree with a concentration inaccounting from Suffolk University. As a former financial controller for Temple Israel in Boston,she brings her vast knowledge of accounting experience combined with legal advocacy toleverage optimal results for her clients in complex Chapter 11 cases, as well as handling Chapter7 and Chapter 13 cases. Cynthia is admitted to the practice of law in Massachusetts, and is a memberof the Hampden, Boston, and Worcester Bar Associations, NACBA, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation. Cynthia is a co-chair of the Bench Meets Bar of the Boston Bar Association and formerly co-chair of the Consumer Bankruptcy Committee. Attorney Ravosa is also a volunteer lawyer for the Massachusetts Debt Relief Foundation (MDRF) a 501(c)(3) non-profit and public charity founded in 2011, which assists low-income individuals with consumer debt issues, including representing them in chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings pro bono. Cynthia has been named a TopLawyer in Bankruptcy by Boston Magazine and has been recognized as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers. Cynthia lives in Wayland, Massachusetts with her husband who also is a Bankruptcy Attorney and enjoys traveling,attending 80's concerts, and kayaking.
