Rashad L. Blossom
Rashad Blossom is a dedicated consumer bankruptcy attorney with deep experience on both the creditor and debtor sides of the courtroom. After starting his career in large law firms—including serving as a partner at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, where he focused on bankruptcy, restructuring, and distressed investing—Rashad shifted his practice in 2013 to represent individuals, families, and small businesses through Blossom Law PLLC in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Having grown up in a working-class family and even owned his own small business, Rashad brings a unique perspective to his bankruptcy practice. He understands firsthand the challenges that middle-class clients face when navigating financial distress and is committed to leveling the playing field against larger institutions.
Rashad is active in the professional community, with memberships in the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the National Association of Consumer Advocates, and past service on the ABA Young Lawyers Bankruptcy Law Committee. He is admitted to practice in both North Carolina and Alabama.
A graduate of the University of Alabama (B.S., Finance, 2002; J.D., 2005), Rashad continues to blend his financial background with his legal expertise to provide thoughtful, practical solutions in bankruptcy and consumer protection matters.
